<p>Communications Strategist</p> <p>The Communications Strategist is responsible for planning and executing internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the company's enterprise communications strategy. This role's key objective is to keep supported doctors, their teams, and home office team members informed and engaged while enhancing Heartland Dental's brand. The Communications Strategist is an important part of the Communications and Events Team.</p> <p>Heartland Dental is the nation's largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in over 1,800 dental offices. Each Heartland Dental support office is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Supported doctors are the leaders of their practice and retain clinical autonomy. All Heartland Dental supported Doctors are united by a common goal: delivering the highest quality dental care and experiences to the communities they serve.</p> <p>Specific Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create comprehensive communication plans for various departments and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the enterprise communications strategy and the company's mission, vision, and values. </li><li>Internal Communications: Manage internal communication channels, including corporate email, newsletters, and intranet content. Ensure timely and effective dissemination of information to employees. </li><li>External Communications: Develop and execute external communication strategies, including press releases and public relations efforts to enhance the company's brand and reputation. </li><li>Collaboration: Act as the communications representative on regular Operations meetings, including but not limited to LAUNCH (bi-monthly initiative management) and SOG Pathways (weekly initiative check-in) </li><li>Content Creation:Produce high-quality written and multimedia content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines. </li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners to ensure cohesive and strategic communication efforts. </li><li>Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. </li><li>1+ years of experience in a corporate communications role (preferably within the healthcare industry.). </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>We put our people first at Heartland Dental, and that shows in our generous benefits package.</p> <p>#LI-remote</p>
