You'll be paired with a dedicated manager and mentor who will support your development, introduce you to the organization, and help you build the skills needed to succeed in your role.</p> <p>How will you create impact?</p> <ul> <li>Support social media campaigns, collaborating on internal briefings, brainstorms and concept development </li><li>Support the Retail Store with marketing events, promotional material, content creation and merchandising optimizations </li><li>Prepare competitive audits of brands in our category, or outside of our categories for inspiration for marketing product </li><li>Help organize plan the evolution of creative assets to reflect new positioning campaign </li><li>Provide support on day-to-day tasks to help drive team efficiency and business outcomes </li></ul> <p>How will you fit into the team?</p> <ul> <li>Bring a positive, proactive approach to working with teammates across the organization </li><li>You're a self-starter willing to bring energy and ideas. </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1</p> <p>The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Connecticut is $25 Per Hour.
