<p>Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our team in West Palm Beach. This position is onsite in a call center environment.</p> <p>This full-time position works Friday through Sunday, 7:00am - 7:30pm OR 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m., supporting the admissions process and ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for patients and families during one of life's most meaningful transitions. Please note this is a full time position and the training will be Monday - Friday 8am-5pm for 2-3 weeks.</p> <p>Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families.
