<p>Product Master Data Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)</p> <p>Location: Wayne, PA (Hybrid/Onsite)</p> <p>Pay: $25-$28/hour</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and data-driven Product Master Data Specialist to support the management, accuracy, and synchronization of product and pricing data across internal systems and retail partner platforms.</p> <p>This role will play a key part in maintaining product catalogs, ensuring data integrity, and supporting cross-functional teams including supply chain, sales, e-commerce, and IT. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain and manage product master data including price lists, item specifications, and catalog details</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee new item setup within internal product management (PIM) and ERP systems</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure accurate publication of product data to warehouse management systems and retail partners</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and maintain data accuracy across Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure catalog completeness and data integrity</p> </li><li> <p>Support data synchronization processes and identify opportunities for process improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a subject matter expert in product data systems, including PIM platforms and retail publication requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with e-commerce and IT teams to ensure consistency across systems and troubleshoot data issues</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with retail item publications and ensure timely updates for new or modified products</p> </li><li> <p>Provide operational support for updates such as item catalog changes and EDI connectivity</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, and operations on data-related initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Support continuous improvement efforts across data management and operational workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree required</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of experience in data management, supply chain, inventory, or CPG-related environment preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, organization, reporting)</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and organization</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with data synchronization tools (e.g., 1WorldSync), PIM systems, or catalog management is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or retail operations is a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled</p> <p>To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy</p> <p>The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:</p> <ul> <li>The California Fair Chance Act </li><li>Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance </li><li>Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers </li><li>San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance </li></ul> <p>Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour</p> <p>Search managed by: Cassandra Coakley</p> <p>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
