<p>Department</p> <p>https://igc.fsu.edu/ - Office of the Provost</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide expert advice in grant submission and pre-award management and support post-award activities. Serves as the primary liaison between IGC, SRA, and the FSU Research Foundation. </li><li>Oversight agreement development, financial monitoring, and timely submission of project deliverables. </li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state statutes, regulations, sponsor requirements, university policies, and program guidelines. </li><li>Coordinate and provide technical assistance to faculty and staff in the preparation, review, submission, and administration of sponsored research proposals and awards, including grant modifications, subawards, progress reports, and budgets. Reviews and approvals (Level 1) proposal applications in institutional systems on behalf of the IGC Director to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. </li><li>Serve as the primary Grants Administrator for all centralized IGC contracts and grants, including agreement creation, award oversight, and renewal proposal and subaward coordination, in coordination with authorized institutional offices.
