Hunt for and develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base. Ensure that company profit goals are met.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for revenue and gross profit </li><li>Focuses on customer satisfaction </li><li>Pipeline goals - including gross revenue in pipeline, growth against target and business close ratio </li><li>Establish client specific value propositions for outsourced services, performance against stated objectives, business growth, and business consultancy. </li><li>Identify profitable business ventures for pursuit. </li><li>Engage additional company resources in the pursuit of business. </li><li>Develop/meet all specified revenue and pipeline goals. </li><li>Utilize strong customer satisfaction skills </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, required </li><li>MBA, preferred </li><li>10+ yrs.
