<p>Adjunct Pool Master's in Educational Leadership / Certification Programs - Lehigh Valley / Northeast PA Cohorts</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Instruct Master's in Educational Leadership and PDE Certification students in the areas of K-12 program design, evaluation, assessment, organization, management and supervision. Accepting applications for graduate level courses on an adjunct pool basis.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Teach a broad offering of concepts in K-12 program design, evaluation, assessment, organization, management and supervision. </li><li>Teach at various levels within the discipline </li><li>Effectively incorporate on-line learning options </li><li>Post and maintain regular office hours </li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Evidence of successful scholarship </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Commitment to graduate teaching and mentoring </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience, and License:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in K-12 Administration/Educational Leadership, K-12 program design, evaluation and assessment, or related area </li><li>Specialization in K-12 Administration/Educational Leadership, K-12 program design, evaluation and assessment </li><li>Experience teaching courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in K-12 Administration/Educational Leadership, K-12 program design and assessment </li></ul> <p>Delaware Valley University reserves the right to revise, change or modify job responsibilities and position qualifications as the need arises.
