From great benefits and wellness programs to fun social events - we've got you covered.</p> <p>The role</p> <p>We're looking for a highly engaged and experienced Recruitment and People Manager to join Netcraft's global People team. This will be a key role within the business, supporting a busy US hiring program and contributing to broader People initiatives globally.</p> <p>Based at our Lehi, Utah office, you'll be the go-to recruitment expert in the US, managing end-to-end hiring across multiple states and levels, while also providing some hands-on generalist HR support and being a trusted point of contact for US employees and managers.</p> <p>Reporting to the UK-based VP of People, and supported by the Utah-based CFO, you'll collaborate closely with local Leadership Team members, managers, as well as global People team colleagues. You'll also be managing a part-time Office Administrator and will have the opportunity to contribute to wider projects and initiatives. Domestic and international travel may be required occasionally.</p> <p>The responsibilities</p> <p>Talent Acquisition</p> <ul> <li>Lead full-cycle recruitment for US roles, from scoping and sourcing to offer and onboarding. </li><li>Build and manage strong talent pipelines across a range of functions and seniority levels, particularly sales, account management, marketing, and solutions engineering. </li><li>Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and advise on best practices and appropriate hiring processes for different levels of hire. </li><li>Leverage your network and external channels to pro-actively source diverse, high-quality candidates, rather than passive advertising </li><li>Partner with the Senior Talent Advisor (UK) and other key colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. </li></ul> <p>People Operations</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of local people processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and documentation, with the support of the Utah Office Administrator. </li><li>Support payroll, benefits, and compliance administration for US employees. </li><li>Be a visible and trusted point of contact in the Lehi office for day-to-day employee and manager queries. </li><li>Ensure all US HR practices remain compliant with relevant state and federal legislation. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Projects</p> <ul> <li>Work with international colleagues across the UK and Australia to support global People initiatives. </li><li>Contribute to global People projects such as employer branding, employee engagement, ED&I, performance management, and system improvements. </li><li>Support the development and implementation of consistent People policies and practices across the business. </li><li>Collaborate with the local leadership team to create engaging regional company events such as summer socials, holiday parties, etc. </li></ul> <p>Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage and develop a part-time Utah Office Administrator, ensuring they are well equipped, motivated, and supported to carry out their role effectively. </li><li>Meet Netcraft's standard people management expectations such as twice-annual performance reviews and regular 1-1 meetings. </li></ul> <p>The Reward Package</p> <p>We like to look after our people really well, so your compensation will include:</p> <ul> <li>Highly attractive base salary, reviewed annually </li><li>33 days' vacation per annum (incl. public holidays), rising to 37 days with service </li><li>Additional paid sick leave, compassionate leave, etc. </li><li>Flexible and hybrid working options to support your personal life balance </li><li>401(k) Safe Harbor Plan, with employer-matched contributions up to 4% </li><li>Generous private health cover with 10+ plan choices </li><li>Enhanced paid family leave entitlements, incl. 52 weeks maternity/adoption leave and four weeks paternity leave </li><li>Two paid Volunteering Days per year, plus paid time off to donate blood </li><li>Two paid Personal Development Days per year and plenty of learning and development opportunities such as open access to Udemy and Coursera </li><li>Free food and drinks provided in our offices </li><li>Inclusive culture and environment, where you'll feel genuinely valued and supported </li></ul> <p>What you'll need to be successful</p> <ul> <li>Proven extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment across the US - ideally in high-growth and/or Tech or SaaS environments - and across all levels, from entry-level roles to executives. </li><li>Familiarity with hiring laws and HR practices across multiple US states. </li><li>Experience or at least a strong interest in generalist HR such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations and engagement </li><li>Strong network and sourcing capability; confident using LinkedIn and other platforms to pro-actively attract talent. </li><li>Collaborative, solution-focused and proactive mindset - comfortable working across multiple time zones with remote teams, and self-organising work </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Ability to work with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Diversity, Equity and Inclusion</p> <p>This is very important to us and we actively aim to support under-represented groups.
