<p>Description</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Summary:</p> <ul> <li>Receive finished product and place in designated cooler locations </li><li>Ensure proper FIFO(First In, First Out) rotation of all product </li><li>Verify product labels, dates, and quantities for accuracy </li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of cooler storage areas </li><li>Monitor cooler temperatures and report deviations immediately </li><li>Remove damaged, expired ,or non-conforming product </li><li>Communicate over-runs and product that is unable to ship </li><li>Operate pallet jack </li><li>Follow all food safety, USDA and company policies </li><li>Keep aisles clear and maintain safe working conditions </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs </li><li>Frequent bending ,reaching, and pulling </li><li>Work in cold wet environment </li><li>Ability to push/pull pallet jack </li></ul> <p>Performance Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Maintain proper product rotation </li><li>Ensure cooler organization at all times </li><li>Minimize product damage and loss </li><li>Support production flow efficiency </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory handling </li></ul> <p>EOE, including disability/vets</p>
