<p>About the Role</p> <p>We're looking for a HR Manager & People Experience to be the key HR presence in our New York office, supporting our fast-paced Marketing and Creative teams. Partnering closely with the Director, HRBP in Boston, you'll execute enterprise-wide initiatives, provide day-to-day HR counsel, and take the lead on shaping the employee experience in our new NYC location.</p> <p>In addition to your core HR responsibilities, you will oversee the daily operations and logistics of our New York City office - ensuring a productive, well-organized, safe, and welcoming environment that brings SharkNinja's culture to life and supports a consistent, inclusive employee experience for all employees and visitors.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on partner who thrives in dynamic environments, balances strategic execution with local leadership, and takes pride driving meaningful impact on team culture and environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Act as the NYC-based HR lead, serving as a go-to partner for employees and managers on the ground while aligning closely with the broader HRBP and COE teams. </li><li>Support execution of key HR programs (e.g., performance management, engagement, talent reviews, org changes) as part of a fast-paced, globally connected HR team. </li><li>Coordinate onboarding and new hire integration in NYC, ensuring a seamless experience through thoughtful pre-start onboarding plans, smooth day one execution, and strong alignment with cultural and operational expectations. </li><li>Partner on organizational design and change initiatives, contributing to modeling, documentation, and implementation efforts as the business evolves. </li><li>Serve as a connector to the broader HR team, guiding employees to the right resources (e.g., Total Rewards, Payroll, L&D) while ensuring questions are addressed and support feels seamless. </li><li>Oversee the logistics and daily operations of the NYC office space, ensuring it supports a productive, collaborative, safe and well-functioning environment for the team. </li><li>Manage office vendors, supplies, equipment, and shared spaces to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience for employees and visitors. </li><li>Partner with IT, EHSS, and Corporate Services to address onsite tech needs, uphold security protocols, support emergency preparedness, and implement new policies. </li><li>Support the planning and execution of onsite meetings, events, and culture-building activities that drive connection and engagement. </li><li>Be a trusted local partner to NYC leadership, providing in-the-moment HR guidance, reinforcing policy and process, and ensuring alignment with enterprise practices. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive HR experience </li><li>Experience supporting high-growth, high-performing corporate teams (Marketing, Creative, or similar functions preferred) </li><li>Strong organizational awareness and judgment; able to navigate nuance and escalate when appropriate </li><li>Proven ability to work independently while staying connected to a broader HR team </li><li>Clear and confident communicator, able to influence at multiple levels </li><li>Experience in org design, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations </li><li>Willingness to travel to Needham, MA as needed (up to 10% of the time) </li></ul>
