In this role you will be exposed to a variety of different modules including Finance, HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Talent. Our team works together to maximize the system's capabilities and provides world-class support to NEXDINE colleagues.</p> <p>Workday Analyst Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules related to Finance, Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Security, ensuring the system aligns with business objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, providing guidance and support to Finance, HR and business units</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously evaluate and enhance system functionality, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the configuration and maintenance of modules, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of employee benefits and leave policies</p> </li><li> <p>Design and maintain security protocols within Workday to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Perform regular audits and reviews of security roles and permissions, addressing any potential risks or issues</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategy and improve workforce outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot system issues, resolve technical problems, and provide support to end-users</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and support new initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Lead projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed of Workday's latest features and updates, assessing their relevance and potential impact on the organization</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or relevant area of study</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of Workday functional configuration experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Workday Finance, HCM, Advanced Reporting and Security is essential</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of managing Finance and HR projects and driving system improvements</p> </li><li> <p>Proven history of managing confidential information in a professional manner</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently</p> </li><li> <p>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Good attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Workday Certification as applicable</p> </li></ul>
