<p>With our Customers, we Listen> Learn > Deliver.</p> <p>Guided by the values of the company, the Strategic Supply Planner is responsible for converting the sales forecast into a supply plan that supports the ADAMA North America business goals. This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical skills, natural curiosity and the ability to influence at different levels in the organization.</p> <p>Our People Promise:</p> <ul> <li>No Nonsense-We are bold and direct </li><li>High Touch-It's business and it's personal </li><li>Informal-We are approachable at all levels </li><li>Take Initiative-We are free to explore </li><li>Can do-We believe anything is possible </li></ul> <p>Fundamental Areas od Focus:</p> <ul> <li>Support the S&OP process. </li><li>Develop strategic supply plans using Blue Yonder ESP that deliver on business needs and meet inventory and service level targets. </li><li>Coordinate purchase and supply for active ingredients into NA from Global sources. </li><li>Work with Execution Planners to deliver near term priorities that fit the supply plan. </li><li>Maintain Blue Yonder ESP master data accuracy and transactional data compliance. </li><li>Communicate supply availability to commercial and help bridge gaps by problem solving with commercial teams and other areas of the company to meet our customer needs and business goals. </li><li>Provide a balanced supply plan on a monthly cycle. </li><li>Develop supply planning strategies for active ingredients and formulations under the scope of responsibilities that enable the overall business strategy. </li><li>Purchase active ingredients to support formulation. </li><li>Determine and escalate decision points for the Executive S&OP meeting. </li><li>Develop scenarios that enable decision making via the S&OP process. </li><li>Manage and develop the Supply Plan (Production, tolling & procurement) for current portfolio, new product introductions and end of life programs that are in alignment with the supply strategy. </li><li>Lead MOC effort to successfully launch or transition products at internal and external locations. </li><li>Forecast supply, inventory, capacity and support management with data analytics across these areas (Plan to Plan changes, variations versus budgets, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Talent and Knack</p> <ul> <li>Ensure efficient communication with the manufacturing locations and coordinate communication between the commercial, regulatory, finance, logistics and procurement groups. </li><li>Analyze forecast updates and collaborate with commercial to understand the details associated with forecast quantities and changes as well as determining feasibility of the Supply Plan. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required with preferred areas of specialization in business or supply chain. </li><li>Five years combined experience in MRP, S&OP, purchasing, inventory, and distribution. </li><li>Experience with Blue Yonder and ESP strongly preferred. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, SAP/SBO and other system tools required. </li><li>Work history in agro-science or chemical industry preferred. </li><li>APICS, ISO or similar certification preferred. </li></ul>
