Were looking for an RN or LPN who is dedicated to providing exceptional care, building trusting relationships, and supporting a team-centered approach. In this role, youll help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and valuedwhile working alongside a group of caring professionals who treat each other like family.</p> <p>Schedule: MondayFriday, 2:00 p.m.10:30 p.m.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide medication administration and treatmentsincluding tube feedings, IV medications, colostomy/ileostomy care, G-tube care, PICC line/IV care, oxygen care, and glucometer readings.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and verify physician orders with MARs for accuracy (new admissions, new orders, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Complete MDS summaries by their required due dates.</p> </li><li> <p>Promote resident safety by monitoring for wandering, responding promptly to alarms, and being attentive to mobility needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Answer call lights and offer support to all residents on the unit.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Resident Care Specialists/CNAs to ensure residents receive high-quality, attentive care.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in effective shift-to-shift communication by giving and receiving detailed reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all safety, lifting, and transfer guidelines to support resident and staff wellbeing.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana.</p> </li><li> <p>Memory Care experience preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Frequent fingering, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.</p> </li><li> <p>Occasional reaching, kneeling, standing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and feeling.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally and 60 lbs frequently (resident transfers completed with staff assistance and gait belt).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to see clearly at close range for documentation and care tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious materials; universal precautions must be followed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>Medical, Dental, Vision</p> </li><li> <p>Voluntary Life Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>403(b) with employer match</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Time Off program</p> </li><li> <p>Additional voluntary benefits available</p> </li></ul>
