<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Employee/Labor Relations Assistant is an administrative-level position reporting to the Employee/Labor Relations section of the Human Resources department. This role will provide administrative services and assistance on a wide variety of Employee/Labor Relations and Human Resources matters. The E/LR Assistant will handle highly confidential & sensitive information associated with day-to-day contract administration and employee issues.</p> <p>Main Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Schedule meetings and manage calendars efficiently. </li><li>Research background information on cases/grievances. </li><li>Provide assistance to customers by responding to routine Employee/Labor Relations inquiries. </li><li>Coordinate and prepare required documentation, including drafting correspondence and reports. </li><li>Perform various administrative support tasks, such as transcribing disciplinary interrogation dictations, answering phones, scanning, and filing. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree OR Associates degree and two years of experience in an office setting required. Excellent written/verbal communication, computer and organizational skills required.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelors preferred.</p> <p>Work Days:</p> <p>Monday-Friday, days</p> <p>Message to Applicants:</p> <p>Recruitment Office: Human Resources</p>
