From preconstruction strategy to project closeout, you will play a pivotal leadership role-ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and field coordination are delivered at the highest level.</p> <p>If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in the field and loves leading teams toward successful project outcomes, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow within a respected, people-first organization.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As Superintendent, you'll manage daily field operations while partnering closely with Project Management, subcontractors, field staff, and clients. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <p>Preconstruction & Planning</p> <ul> <li>Lead or participate in early planning efforts: site logistics, crisis management planning, safety plans, site rules/regulations, and Redbook documentation. </li><li>Provide insight during proposal pursuits, interviews, and schedule/logistics strategy discussions. </li><li>Contribute to subcontractor selection, safety planning, and scope alignment. </li></ul> <p>Execution & Field Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Conduct and participate in detailed pre-job walkthroughs. </li><li>Ensure project budgets for labor, materials, and equipment are fully aligned before work begins. </li><li>Partner with Project Management to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth project startup. </li><li>Support pursuit teams by evaluating upcoming project opportunities and providing field expertise. </li></ul> <p>Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Participate in QA/AC page-turn sessions to confirm alignment between design intent and field execution. </li><li>Champion safety on-site, uphold company and OSHA standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. </li><li>Lead with a positive, solutions-oriented approach and model professionalism for all field personnel. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred. </li><li>5-8 years of construction or field experience (superintendent experience strongly preferred). </li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills-comfortable leading crews and coordinating subcontractors. </li><li>Tech-savvy and confident navigating project management and construction software. </li><li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an innovative, forward-thinking mindset. </li><li>OSHA 30 certification required. </li><li>Proven track record of driving improvements, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting deadlines. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Two- or four-year degree in Construction Management or a related field. </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities highly valued. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. </li><li>Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to maintain effective relationships across teams. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Benefits</p> <p>This is a field-focused role that requires regular travel between various jobsites and regional offices.
