Certifications are a plus.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Collaborates with a team to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of innovative audiovisual systems across Radford University's electronic learning spaces, meeting venues, and campus facilities. Ensures equipment reliability and inventory accuracy while monitoring and supporting the campus Cable TV system to provide reliable service. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilities to address and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all users.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Knowledge of programming to support Electronic Learning Spaces. </li><li>Knowledge of electronics, audio/visual, networking and computer hardware. </li><li>Strong understanding of construction, construction drawings, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to create, read and understand electronic wiring diagrams, technical requirements, and specifications. </li><li>Strong technical documentation and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Additional Considerations</p> <ul> <li>Certified Crestron Engineer </li><li>Ability to correctly pull and terminate cables by crimping/compression/soldering. </li><li>Ability to install, operate and service most digital equipment and systems.
