Wood Systems Inc., a Mill Creek Lumber & Supply Company is looking for a reliable Materials Handler to ensure successful receiving, checking, picking and loading of materials.</p> <p>Job Location: 4615 S 49th West Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Unloads in-bound freight, verifies the material matches the order and records any damages or shortages. </li><li>Obtains driver s signature on bill of lading. </li><li>Assembles store shipments by palletizing, shrink wrapping and labeling the units. </li><li>Inspects the shipment, ensuring it is securely covered and strapped. </li><li>Build Millwork material packages by hand </li><li>Operate a forklift, stock and stage materials for manufacturing. (Forklift Training Available) </li><li>Ensure cleanliness by removing all waste from the facility </li><li>Cycle counts/inventory monitoring </li><li>Keep materials organized, safe and ready for production </li><li>Follow all safety policies! </li></ul> <p>Safety:</p> <ul> <li>Adheres to safety requirements when operating tools and equipment. </li><li>Ensures safety functions on equipment are operating properly. </li><li>Handles material in a safe and appropriate manner. </li><li>Reports any defects or safety issues immediately. </li><li>Completes required safety training. </li><li>Inspects the shipment, ensuring it is securely covered and strapped. </li></ul>
