<ul> <li>Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production </li></ul> <p>equipment throughout the facility.</p> <ul> <li>Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation </li></ul> <p>equipment.</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health </li></ul> <p>administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions.</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted. </li><li>Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority. </li><li>Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical units to </li></ul> <p>the supervising manager.</p> <ul> <li>Documenting spare and replacement parts required and completing all necessary </li></ul> <p>documentation for the same.</p> <ul> <li>Appropriately using and handling all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment. </li><li>Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance </li></ul> <p>when observed.</p> <ul> <li>Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Weekday 1st shift-Wednesday - Saturday 7am- 530 pm $25hr</p> <p>Salary: $25.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift diff.</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience </li><li>In depth electrical and mechanical experience. </li></ul> <p>Proficient in working with voltages from 24 volts to 480 volts.</p> <p>PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience.</p> <p>AVG (Automated Guided Vehicle) or LVG (Laser Guided Vehicle) experience.</p> <p>Knowledge of working with HMI's.</p> <p>Ability to work independently.</p> <p>Proficient in Preventative Maintenance tasks and services.</p> <p>Automation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p> <p>Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.</p> <p>Sound understanding of using all electrical testing equipment.</p> <p>Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.</p> <p>Ability to operate a forklift.</p> <p>Should follow oral or written instructions.</p> <p>Team mindset.</p> <p>Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education</p> <p>Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.</p>
