<p>Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to information technology systems (hardware and software). Responds to incidents, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solutions.</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. </li><li>Ask questions to determine nature of problem. </li><li>Walk internal customers through problem-solving process. </li><li>Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. </li><li>Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. </li><li>Follow up with internal customers to ensure issue has been resolved. </li><li>Troubleshoot ATM networking and connectivity. </li><li>Maintaining wireless networks. </li><li>Gather and review monthly proactive monitoring reports. </li><li>Assist and train staff on various technology (hardware / software) used throughout the organization. </li><li>Schedule, perform and document business continuity plan (BCP) tests for technology. </li><li>Visit branch locations to maintain networking equipment and consult with staff. </li><li>Replace workstations per annual replacement strategy. </li><li>Backup IT System Administrator regarding but not limited to: Management of mobile devices and management of printers and toner reporting. </li><li>Ordering supplies and computer equipment per management. </li><li>Record information pertinent to problem solving processes for knowledgebase. </li><li>Develop documentation of solutions and various procedures. </li><li>Professional Interaction with various external vendors and support resources. </li><li>Responsible for being compliant with all regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to the job function. </li><li>Carries out other duties as may be assigned or requested. </li></ul>
