We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Clinical Operations Manager will work closely with the Director, Clinical Performance Strategy & Support to manage vendor operations and strategic and high-visibility initiatives within the Clinical department.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Manage vendor relationships for the Clinical department by establishing clear ownership and decision-making frameworks (e.g., RACI charts) and by developing and implementing processes for monitoring Clinical vendor performance on a recurring basis. </li><li>Work collaboratively with Clinical teams to ensure vendors meet operational needs; support process improvement activities involving vendors, as needed, and ensure vendors meet regulatory, contractual, and business needs, including supplying required data for reporting in a timely manner. </li><li>Manage cross-team, high-profile clinical strategic initiatives by creating and managing tracking tools to assess progress and risks of clinical initiatives and ensure initiatives are completed on time and within scope and budget. </li><li>Communicate progress, status, and risks of initiatives to Clinical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, as needed/appropriate. </li><li>Model and promote operational excellence within the department.
