If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.</p> <p>Qué hace un Project Manager en WPP Production?</p> <p>Project Manager en WPP Production actúa como punto de contacto operativo entre el cliente (Amarilo) y Hogarth, asegurando la gestión ágil, estructurada y efectiva de los requerimientos relacionados con campañas de comunicación. Es responsable de recibir, organizar y priorizar solicitudes, validar briefs y garantizar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad y tiempos acordados. Coordina al equipo creativo y de medios mediante la creación y seguimiento de tareas, tickets y cronogramas en JIRA, asegurando la correcta planificación, ejecución y documentación de ajustes o cambios. Mantiene una comunicación proactiva con el cliente, anticipando necesidades, resolviendo situaciones operativas y participando en reuniones estratégicas con equipos de mercadeo, agencias de medios y marca, mientras lleva control de entregables, reportes y documentación del proyecto.</p> <p>Requerimientos:</p> <p>Profesional graduado en Marketing, Comunicación Social, Administración, Publicidad, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines, con 0 a 2 años de experiencia. Deseable experiencia en agencias de publicidad, gestión de proyectos o servicio al cliente. Se valoran competencias como proactividad, orientación al detalle, organización, priorización y trabajo en equipo, así como manejo básico/intermedio de Excel, PowerPoint y herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday o similares), y conocimientos básicos en marketing digital, campañas publicitarias y manejo de briefs.</p> <p>Responsabilidades:</p> <p>Gestionar y priorizar requerimientos del cliente, asegurando la correcta recepción y validación de briefs, así como el cumplimiento de tiempos y estándares de calidad.
