You have a solid technical foundation, a strong understanding of automation frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on a wide range of automation and AI integration projects. You have experience in integrating RPA with Business Process Management, Document Processing and AI and are conversant in LLM & Agentic capabilities.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li>Architect/Design/Develop and deliver BOTs for defined use cases. </li><li>Develop Automation Anywhere or UiPath RPA solutions to meet the project/program objectives </li><li>Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements </li><li>RPA developer involved in all the phases such as use case Identification, PDD, SDD, TDD Creation and Development, Testing and Deployment </li><li>In this structure, RPA Developers go through the business requirements with Operations and Analysts over process walk-through </li><li>Verify the future state business flow </li><li>Testing (Integration, Unit and UAT Testing) </li><li>Production Deployment </li><li>Bot Production support and maintenance </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Information Technology role</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of experience with an RPA tool, UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of experience in Domain Exposure/Expertise Robotic Process Automation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You have external client-facing consulting experience</p> </li><li> <p>Developer level certifications and AI certifications.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
