Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and promote innovation in customer experiences.</p> <p>As a Project Associate in Employee Voice, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and driving innovative solutions that address customer and employee needs. Working closely with project managers, product managers, and cross-functional partners, you will help ensure the success of our product offerings and employee experience initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills, participate in product and project planning, and define user workflows, all while making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences. You will partner with stakeholders across the firm and with vendors to design, implement, and administer surveys and other listening projects, including the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey and lifecycle surveys such as candidate and new employee experience surveys.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the development of product and project strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer experience objectives. </li><li>Participate in product and project planning sessions, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of initiatives to ensure timely and successful launches. </li><li>Collaborate with product and project managers to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value. </li><li>Support the implementation of the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and other surveys within the listening strategy, including candidate and new employee experience surveys. </li><li>Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage existing employee research and develop new tools/surveys to support data and information needs. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert/consultant on survey content, administration, and analysis/reporting for surveys conducted across the firm, identifying opportunities to use survey and research data to generate insights on firmwide culture, management practices, and customer experience. </li><li>Ensure all appropriate data privacy, security, and controls requirements are incorporated into all survey and project processes. </li><li>Interpret employee survey and research data, seeking insights to share with leadership teams and COEs to enhance products and customer experiences. </li><li>Prepare executive presentations highlighting insights for business leaders, focusing on product impact and customer experience improvements. </li><li>Partner with HR CDAO and other firmwide groups (Communications, Workforce Technology, Data Privacy, DOI) as needed to maximize the use of employee data and support product and customer experience initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area. </li><li>Developing knowledge of the product and project development life cycle. </li><li>Exposure to product and project life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition. </li><li>Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy. </li><li>Knowledge of research methods and prior experience creating and administering measurement tools, such as surveys. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel. </li><li>Ability to identify and communicate critical insights through appealing data-driven visualizations (PowerPoint). </li><li>Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (e.g., R, Python). </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. </li><li>An advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or other Behavioral Science. </li></ul>
