The Bank of South Carolina employees are also paid for sick leave, vacation days, and all Federal holidays.</p> <p>Personal Bankers will assist existing and future customers with banking needs: (including but not limited to)</p> <ul> <li>Manage accounts and verify account details upon customer request </li><li>Explain and discuss banking services, products, and procedures with care and detail </li><li>Prepare account documents and obtain signatures when necessary </li><li>Process transactions such as: check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments </li><li>Refer customers to relevant bank departments for commercial, residential, or mortgage loans </li><li>Assist and resolve customers' queries and complaints </li><li>Establish long-term working relationships with customers </li><li>Answer incoming phone calls </li><li>Complete assigned administrative tasks and responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Skills and Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma and cash handling experience </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task and work effectively to meet required deadlines </li><li>Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Friendly and pleasant personality </li></ul>
