<p>Schedule: Part Time 20 hrs./week. Rotating Shift- This position will be rotating between day shifts and evening shifts, along with weekend and holiday rotations.</p> <p>GENERAL SUMMARY:</p> <p>Operates the organization's telecommunication system to answer and route incoming calls and to communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Receives and relays internal and external calls and provides general information according to protocol. </li><li>Maintains desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and other associated reference materials. </li><li>Operates beeper and paging system to contact personnel and code team. </li><li>Communicates codes, alerts, drills and other announcements according to established policies and protocols, including disaster management plans. </li></ul> <p>Education: Minimum of High School diploma.</p> <p>Additional Preferences:</p> <p>Must have customer service experience and call center experience. Ability to work independently and in high stress situations. Call center experience is a plus. Must be able to multitask and work in a very fast-paced environment.
