Here at Bone Dry we also believe in setting our technicians up for success with training opportunities, and incredible support.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service. </li><li>Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and siding. </li><li>Be the main point of contact for the customer during the project. </li><li>Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects. </li><li>Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects. </li><li>Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation. </li><li>Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete. </li><li>Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc. </li><li>Follow all safety procedures. </li><li>This position is required to work two Saturdays per month during peak season (March-November). </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Hourly pay range $18- $30 commensurate with experience or 100% commission options available </li><li>Medical, vision, and dental insurance available </li><li>Company paid life insurance </li><li>Company paid short-term disability </li><li>401(k) plan </li><li>PTO, vacation, and holidays </li><li>Company phone, truck, fuel, and fuel provided for company use (this is not a take home vehicle) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Pass a background check </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect attics </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 5 % </li><li>Industry experience preferred but not required - we will train! </li><li>Military service is a plus </li></ul>
