<p>EPM Architect</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Lead Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, DM, ePBCS, EDMCS) solutions through full cycle - requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support. </li><li>Design and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of an EPM Cloud Transformation. </li><li>Expert in gathering business and functional requirements to set the direction of solution delivery aligned to business goals. </li><li>Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned Oracle EPM solutions. </li><li>Advise implementation team on best practices in planning and building planning applications for business rules, loading data to set up planning scenarios. </li><li>Knowledge of EPM Automate; scripting a plus (Batch, VBScript, Python, and/or PowerShell). </li><li>Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li>Experience with the functional and operational aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS) suite products: </li></ol> <ul> <li>application design, </li><li>development of various application artifacts such as forms and rules, </li><li>Testing, troubleshooting (working in conjunction with Oracle Support as needed), </li><li>pre- and post-implementation activities. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li> <p>Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive hands-on experience in at least two (and preferably more) of the following modules:</p> </li></ol> <ul> <li>EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Data Management, DRM </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li> <p>Have good understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Workforce planning, Capex planning, strategic planning, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee ARCS deployment for automated account reconciliation and compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive the design and execution of PBCS solutions for forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM Cloud with ERP systems and other financial tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automation scripts for enhanced financial analytics.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, system enhancements, and performance optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Train and support en d-users, ensuring adoption of best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay up to date with Oracle EPM Cloud updates, industry trends, and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of EPM Automate; scripting a plus (Batch, VBScript, Python, and/or PowerShell).</p> </li><li> <p>Define and oversee the high-level integration solution architecture/design.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adherence to the Integration Target Architecture, principles, patterns, standards, and guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in Integration architecture/design review boards and review/provide inputs pertaining to detailed integration solution.</p> </li></ol> <p>Salary Range- $115,000-$130,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-OJ1</p> <p>#LI-DR1</p>
