<p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM, with flexible scheduling. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Applicants hired into this position can work from most states. We've included a link below to view the full list of approved remote work states.</p> <p>Approved Remote Work States Listing</p> <p>Be part of something remarkable</p> <p>Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!</p> <p>We are seeking a Charge Integrity Analyst to:</p> <ul> <li>Assist clinical leadership and staff with charge reconciliation, identifying denial and missed charge trends, charge reporting, and charge troubleshooting. </li><li>Work closely with a vast array of clinical, financial, and IT leadership and staff to ensure that coding, charging, charge reporting, and reconciliation processes function smoothly. </li></ul> <p>At UW Health, you will have:</p> <ul> <li>An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance. Two (2) years of experience in charge capture, coding or a hospital business office may be considered in lieu of the Associate degree in addition to the experience below. Required </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, or a related field.
