<p>Position OverviewWe are seeking a Warehouse Training & Development Coach to support our warehouse operations teams by delivering hands-on training, onboarding new hires, and supporting the growth and development of warehouse associates. This role focuses on day-to-day coaching, process training, and reinforcing consistent standards across our facilities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Provide hands-on training in core warehouse functions, including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.</p> <p>Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions to help associates build confidence and consistency in their roles.</p> <p>Support warehouse managers by assisting with training needs assessments and maintaining training schedules.</p> <p>Track new hire progress, follow up on training milestones, and ensure onboarding procedures are completed correctly.</p> <p>Help maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and other support documents (no formal curriculum design required).</p> <p>Assist with introducing new e-learning content and coordinating external training resources as needed.</p> <p>Provide regular training updates and basic metrics to warehouse leadership and HR (e.g., completions, progress updates, training hours).</p> <p>Support basic leadership and communication skills training for frontline team leads and supervisors.</p> <p>Training Topics May Include</p> <p>Communication skills</p> <p>Giving feedback</p> <p>Time management and organization</p> <p>Coaching and motivation</p> <p>Customer service</p> <p>Conflict management</p> <p>Interviewing and onboarding basics</p> <p>Workplace expectations and professionalism</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.</p> <p>1-3 years of experience in training, coaching, or warehouse operations.</p> <p>Experience delivering training in group or one-on-one settings.</p> <p>Prior warehouse, distribution, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or similar hands-on environment experience is preferred.</p> <p>Ability to work closely with associates at all levels in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Proficiency with Google Suite.</p> <p>Ability to travel to our distribution facilities as needed.</p> <p>There at Every Turn: Our Benefits We believe in empowering our employees through career growth opportunities, ongoing learning, and a strong culture of support.
