<p>Job Description</p> <p>Antares Capital is looking for a Front Office Developer to build and support the technology that powers our trading desk. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you'll work side-by-side with traders to customize vendor platforms, integrate front-office systems, and develop tools that enhance automation, workflow efficiency, and trading insight.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Customize and extend vendor trading applications to meet front-office requirements </li><li>Integrate trading and analytics systems with the broader Antares technology platform </li><li>Develop tools and applications that improve trading automation, workflow efficiency, and decision-making </li><li>Collaborate directly with traders and portfolio managers to understand needs and deliver high-impact solutions </li><li>Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve front-office systems in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Participate in the future build-out of AI capabilities for the trading desk </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience working with trading technology in an asset management environment, with exposure to Fixed Income and/or Private Credit. </li><li>Proven understanding of credit markets, including loan trading and private debt instruments. </li><li>Strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. </li><li>Demonstrable experience building analytics and data-driven solutions using Python. </li><li>Experience developing and delivering reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI. </li><li>Familiarity with modern application architectures, including React, REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architectures. </li><li>Exposure to enterprise architecture principles, with the ability to build solutions aligned to broader system, information, and integration strategies. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and partner effectively across product, platform, data, and risk/security teams. </li></ul> <p>The Fine Print</p> <ul> <li>Must have authorization to work in the United States </li><li>May be required to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background checks </li><li>Role may be hybrid/onsite at an Antares office; occasional travel as necessary </li><li>Antares is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
