Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support Growth and scalability</p> </li><li> <p>New nodes expansion, support awareness and provide data-driven evidence to enable preference for the team among Google stakeholders, to drive scale to ensure growth into new research areas</p> </li><li> <p>Subject Matter Expert & Project Oversight</p> </li><li> <p>Discuss and brainstorm the finer details of the project with the stakeholders and LI FTE to enable the creation of a robust and holistic research plan</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the creation of screener, mod-guide, and other supporting documents for the research to ensure that all the documents are aligned to the overall goals and expected outcomes of the research project</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years of experiencemanaging and conducting qualitative and quantitative research e.g. usability testing, in depth interviews, diary studies, cards sorts, surveys, etc is required</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma / GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Associate's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Detail-oriented and ability to work independently across multiple projects, comprising of a variety of tasks and multiple stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills - oral and written to ensure dissemination of project details</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to think of the larger picture to understand the stakeholder goals and align them with the needs/requirements/activities of the project</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable presenting and providing research outcomes and recommendations to project stakeholders across all levels</p> </li><li> <p>Efficiently allocate time between multiple projects, prioritizing projects based on changing project schedules and stakeholder requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Experience of managing and handling teams (if required). M.A/M.S./Ph.D. (in progress or completed) in Human Factors,</p> </li><li> <p>Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, UX or Market Research or other fields emphasizing human behavior; or in lieu of degree, some related work experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
