<p>About this Role</p> <p>This full time opening will process mortgage loan application files for accuracy and completeness.</p> <p>In this Role You Will</p> <ul> <li>Verify the loan application data is complete </li><li>Verify the fee's section of the loan application is complete and accurate </li><li>Generate and mail initial disclosures to the Loan Applicant(s) </li><li>Ensure accuracy of change circumstances made by the Mortgage Loan Processor </li><li>Generate and mail required new disclosures </li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Competencies and Skills</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); </li><li>Three (3) to Six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>PC Proficiency preferred </li><li>Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form </li><li>Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in non-standardized situations </li></ul> <p>Be a part of a growing company that is truly committed to its employees and clients.
