<p>Overview</p> <p>Tarian Group specializes in managed security services in both physical and virtual high-risk environments. More information about Tarian can be found on our website.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Under the direction of the Security Director, the Program Manager provides administrative direction for all phases of the security operation at the airport, including Title 49CFR. Part 1542 Regulations.</p> <p>Compensation: $60-$70k</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>General Duties</p> <ul> <li>Effectively hires, manages, motivates, coaches, and formally evaluates the performance of all direct reports. </li><li>Supervises security facility supervisors and staff, as well as assists with areas of responsibility as needed. </li><li>Assists with client and security personnel investigations and provides input for disciplinary activities. </li><li>Assists in the development of and ensures the completion of competency tasks and facility post orders / instructions. </li><li>Develop and implement internal controls to ensure field staff compliance with facility orders, competency tasks, and assigned duties. </li><li>Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for field operations. </li><li>Coordinates resources and ensures adequate security coverage of client locations, to include extra coverage and special events. </li><li>Coordinates and assists with various security personnel training programs as needed. </li><li>Promotes corporate policy and procedures. </li><li>Ensures company non-billable overtime goals are met. </li><li>Works and interacts in a positive way with other employees, prospective employees, prospective and current clients, sales representatives, vendors, and visitors. </li><li>Ensures state licensing, training, and compliance requirements are met. </li><li>Visits client account sites during normal business hours and after hours at least twice monthly to meet with clients and Tarian staff to evaluate staff appearance and performance, counsel and train Tarian staff, and to document observations, actions, client concerns or issues, and follow up corrective actions. </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a positive working relationship with client facility representatives and other facility management personnel, and local public safety agencies. </li><li>Writes letters of recognition and thank you notes for successful or positive situations involving Tarian company staff. </li><li>Assists with crafting responses to RFPs. </li><li>Participates as a transition team member for all newly acquired security clients, as needed. </li><li>Works with fleet manager to coordinate the assignment, repair, and maintenance of field vehicles. </li><li>Conducts staff meetings. </li><li>Prepares reports and conduct presentations. </li><li>Trains security personnel as necessary. </li><li>Provides other duties at the direction of, or in the absence of, the General Manager. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management (preferred but not required), Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a closely related field and must have had, at a minimum, seven (7) years' experience in aviation/security management or law enforcement field including five (5) years of experience at a Title 49 CFR Part 1542, regulated airport; Ten (5-10) years of aviation/security management or law enforcement experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the job.</p> <ul> <li>Certain contract agreements may require Must be Twenty-one (21) years of age or older. </li><li>Certain contract agreements may require US Citizenship is required. </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications:</p> <p>Must retain an American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Airport Certified Employee (ACE) designation for Security as well as Certified Member (CM) designation achieved within two years of the contract start date.</p> <p>Our full-time positions offer role specific on-the-job training, career paths, and a full range of benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Supplemental Medical Reimbursement Plans </li><li>We offer paid leave and paid time off in accordance with federal and state requirements. </li><li>Paid Holidays - The schedule of paid holidays may vary by location. </li><li>401k Plan & Free Retirement Planning Consulting </li><li>Short-term & Long-term Disability Income Protection Benefits </li><li>Life Insurance for Teammate and Family </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Perks Discount Programs with 3,000 free classes from yoga to financial wellness. </li><li>Wellness Program </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>Identify Theft Protection Plan </li></ul> <p>Tarian Group will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin or any other status protected by law.</p>
