Provide supply chain expertise to improve business processes and operational performance Partner cross-functionally with IT and business teams to translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions Perform complex data analysis and translate insights into clear recommendations for leadershipLead and support strategic initiatives that drive sales, improve inventory efficiency, and accelerate decision-making Create and maintain process documentation and workflows using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart Develop executive-level presentations and communicate recommendations to senior leadershipIdentify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement across supply chain operationsSupport troubleshooting and problem-solving for operational or system-related issues 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization Strong communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint and executive presentations Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred</p>
