<p>32073</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Our company is searching for candidates for the position of Project Management Office Intern. This is a technical-focused role designed for individuals pursuing a degree who are eager to learn and take on challenges within a professional project management environment.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain project management documentation and artifacts. </li><li>Support efforts to improve the efficiency of project estimates and task breakdowns. </li><li>Generate ideas for improving internal processes, documentation, and communications. </li><li>Interview project stakeholders and document requirements for new projects. </li><li>Manage at least one minor effort project from initiation to closure. </li><li>Utilize collaboration tools to support project delivery. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>General knowledge of software development processes and delivery. </li><li>Competency with Web technologies and collaboration tools. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office products preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a plus. </li><li>Shows a positive attitude to learn and take on challenges. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. </li><li>Project Management experience or certifications is a plus. </li><li>Ability to interview stakeholders and translate needs into documented requirements. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <p>Must be able to look at computer monitors for extended periods; use of hands/fingers for typing.</p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>Traditional office environment with a focus on team collaboration.</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
