Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.</p> <p>The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>401(k) with company matching </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Bonus eligible position </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Vision insurance </li><li>Mileage reimbursement </li></ul> <p>Role:</p> <ul> <li>People Role model the How We Work Together Principles. </li><li>Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers. </li><li>Coach your RGMs on the "4 Rights" in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions. </li><li>Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level. </li><li>Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE). </li><li>Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success. </li><li>Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations. </li><li>Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers, employees and customers. </li><li>Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:</p> <ul> <li>5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience. </li><li>Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees. </li><li>Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction </li><li>Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. </li><li>Exceptional team building capability. </li><li>Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills. </li><li>Basic personal computer literacy </li><li>Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license </li><li>Must be able to travel between designated stores daily </li><li>Background checks are run on all management employees </li></ul>
