<p>M&M is seeking a motivated Apprentice to join our growing team in Crete, IL. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the construction trade while assisting experienced crew members on residential exterior projects. Construction experience is helpful but not required - we're looking for reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with repairs, service callbacks, insulation work, and full replacements </li><li>Support installation of fascia, soffit, vinyl siding, shingles, gutters, and related materials </li><li>Safely operate basic hand and power tools under supervision </li><li>Load, locate, and transport materials to and from job sites </li><li>Assist with warehouse organization and material preparation as needed </li><li>Learn and utilize company systems and processes, including Vertex, AccuLynx, and ProVia </li><li>Follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe and organized job site </li><li>Communicate effectively with crew members and the Service Superintendent </li><li>Interact professionally and courteously with customers to provide peace of mind </li><li>Complete assigned daily tasks reliably and on time </li><li>Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, grow, and improve skills </li></ul> <p>Physical & Work Environment Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently </li><li>Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work on ladders and planks </li><li>Comfortable working at heights </li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Must speak English to effectively communicate with homeowners </li><li>Construction experience is a plus but not required </li></ul> <p>Why Join M&M</p> <p>At M&M, we value hard work, teamwork, and personal growth.
