This includes vendor and contractor selection on engineering projects.</p> <p>This individual also makes decisions that affect the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment. These impact production efficiencies, customer service, and product quality.</p> <p>Capital Project Management</p> <ul> <li>Design </li><li>Appropriation requests - preparation and justification </li><li>Project preparation </li><li>Construction management </li><li>Transfer to plant owner </li><li>Contribute to long term capital plan </li></ul> <p>Non-Capital Project and Plant Support</p> <ul> <li>Manage assigned engineering projects that do not fall under corporate capital spending guidelines. </li><li>Assist plant maintenance personnel in troubleshooting process equipment. </li><li>Train plant personnel on new equipment and systems. </li><li>Identify continuous improvement opportunities and strive to implement sustainable solutions. </li></ul> <p>Is this job for you ?</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering </li><li>1+ years of project engineering experience </li><li>1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting </li><li>Electrical and/or controls experience, preferred </li><li>Strong project management skills, including vendor selection </li></ul> <p>#LI-KM1</p> <p>A little more about us</p> <p>Through the responsible development of innovative and sustainable building products, CertainTeed, headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, has helped shape the building products industry for more than 110 years. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. The national pay range for this position is $81,500 to $126,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $89,650 to $139,150.
