Join Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) and help keep America's food supply chain moving smoothly and safely.</p> <p>Previous experience with order selection in a food distribution warehouse is required.</p> <p>Why Work with QCD?</p> <p>$25.67/hour starting pay</p> <p>Health, Dental & Vision Benefits available in just 30 days</p> <p>Weekly pay, consistent hours, and a stable work environment</p> <p>Work in a 24/7 facility serving two of the biggest names in the food business</p> <p>Opportunity to grow in a high-performance, team-oriented environment</p> <p>Shifts:</p> <p>Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 4 days/week (10-hour shifts)</p> <p>Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM, 5 days/week (8-hour shifts)</p> <p>Must be open to either shift upon hire</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Pick and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently in multi-temperature zones (dry, chill, freezer).</p> <p>Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and confidently - full range of motion and awareness required.</p> <p>Lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.</p> <p>Visually inspect products during receiving and loading for quality assurance.</p> <p>Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area using standard cleaning equipment.</p> <p>Complete all required documentation and paperwork with accuracy.</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>MUST have previous experience as an order selector in food service or warehouse distribution</p> <p>Valid forklift certification with at least 6 months of safe equipment operation</p> <p>Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments</p> <p>Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and inventory</p> <p>Physically capable of standing, lifting, twisting, and walking for the duration of the shift</p> <p>Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented</p> <p>Ready to build a career in food distribution with a company that delivers more than just orders?
