This role involves leveraging data analytics and visualization techniques to provide actionable insights, improve decision-making, and drive supply chain business performance. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, IT, and business teams to develop, execute, and measure data-driven strategies that enhance the ability to drive profitable sales.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop Reporting Infrastructure: Oversee the strategy, design, development, and architecture of the reporting infrastructure to ensure robust and scalable, self-service focused solutions. </li><li>Promote Data-Driven Decision Making: Advocate for the use of data, reporting, and visualization to drive key business, digital, and technology decisions. </li><li>Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Influence the direction of key business partners (IT, operational groups, business units, vendors, etc.) to develop and execute data-driven reporting strategies. </li><li>Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME): Lead all initiatives related to reporting and data visualization, including data ingestion, governance, management, and analytics. </li><li>Enhance Operational Efficiency: Lead analytics initiatives to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels through effective reporting. </li><li>Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams to improve business processes using advanced analytics and data visualization. </li><li>Data Governance: Develop rules for managing data governance, sharing, reporting, privacy, and security. </li><li>Process Improvement: Work with business and IT partners to improve business processes and automate reporting functions. </li><li>Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of data analysts and visualization experts to develop and implement data-driven solutions for reporting optimization. </li><li>Analyze Large Datasets: Uncover trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets to inform strategic decisions. </li><li>Present Findings: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. </li><li>Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred. </li><li>Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in data analytics and visualization, with 5+ years leading a team, preferably within a business intelligence or reporting domain. </li><li>Technical Skills: Strong technical and business skills in data strategy, reporting systems, and data infrastructure development. </li><li>Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. </li><li>Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). </li><li>Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. </li><li>Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. </li><li>Proficiency: High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products. </li><li>Big Data Technologies: Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, SAP). </li></ul> <p>Benefits include Associate discount; 401(k) match; medical/dental/vision; HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long-term disability; paid holidays/vacation /sick/bereavement/parental leave; EAP; incentive programs for management; auto/home insurance discounts; tuition reimbursement; scholarship program; adoption/surrogacy assistance; smoking cessation; child care/cell phone discounts; pet/legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.</p>
