The primary goal is to enhance the Scrum teams' performance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality eCommerce Platform.</p> <p>The Agile Coach will work closely with the Scrum teams to identify and address challenges, promote Agile best practices, and drive organizational change.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Agile Transformation: Lead and support the organization in its Agile transformation journey, ensuring alignment with business goals. </li><li>Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Master, Product Owners, and development teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). </li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding and buy-in of Agile practices. </li><li>Facilitation: Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. </li><li>Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on Agile metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve impediments and conflicts within teams to maintain a productive working environment. </li><li>Training and Workshops: Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops to educate teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and practices. </li></ul> <p>Key performance measures for position</p> <ul> <li>Team Performance: Improvement in team velocity, quality of deliverables, and adherence to Agile practices. </li><li>Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from teams and stakeholders regarding the Agile transformation process. </li><li>Agile Maturity: Progress in the organization's Agile maturity as measured by assessments and metrics. </li><li>Delivery Success: Successful and timely delivery of projects and products. </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Implementation and impact of process improvements and innovations. </li></ul> <p>Competencies/Skills for position:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in working in an agile environment as Scrum Master / Agile coach. </li><li>Proven track record of leading agile transformations in medium to large organizations. </li><li>Experience with multiple agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, LeSS). </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent. </li><li>Strong understanding of agile principles and practices. </li><li>Excellent coaching and mentoring skills. </li><li>Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. </li><li>Empathetic and approachable with a collaborative mindset. </li><li>Passionate about continuous learning and improvement. </li></ul> <p>Start:</p> <p>2025-10-01</p>
