<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform third party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety building inspections </li><li>Perform inspections of foundations, concrete slabs, framing, roofing and related construction activity </li><li>Perform plan reviews and determine if the permitted design plans may require revisions and make recommendations to the contractors, engineers and/or architect </li><li>Prepare and submit daily time and Inspection/Field Reports in accordance with ECS Policy </li><li>Market our services by maintaining and developing client interactions and participating in business development and marketing functions related to construction inspections </li><li>Follow ECS safety procedures and policies </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>2 years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems</p> </li><li> <p>NCP CCI commercial certification in mechanical, electrical and plumbing required</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications are required for all types of testing performed.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional licenses or certifications may be required depending on the state in which you work.</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive knowledge of state and local building code regulations, policies, and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>ECS Group of Companies (ECS) was founded in 1988 with the goal to raise the standards of professional engineering consulting.
