<p>Job Responsibilities and Requirements</p> <p>The Learning Administrator (LA) is a cross-functional partner within HR who manages the learning workstream for key HR initiatives to build and deliver learning solutions in order to ensure employee (end-user) enablement. Additionally, the (LA) works with all members of the Talent Management team to ensure business process integrity of relevant Talent Management modules in Workday (LMS, Performance, Succession) by managing day-to-day functions and analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements to best utilize Workday capabilities.</p> <p>We are looking for someone who can innovate, move quickly, insists on the highest standards, is results-oriented, and is not constrained by how things have been done before. They will have the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and are passionate about working cross-functionally with multiple HR stakeholders in a consultative capacity.</p> <p>Workday Management</p> <ul> <li>The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the LMS for the Talent Management department. Collaborates closely with HRIS team accordingly. </li><li>Creates and implements the logistics and processes for ensuring a positive end-user experience with learning solutions. Processes include but are not limited to: the communication, enrollment, scheduling, tracking, and reporting associated with learnings. Processes must create a positive service experience for employees, their managers, and colleagues within the Talent Management department. </li><li>Manages the day-to-day LMS functions to set up Workday lessons, courses, sessions and programs. Collaborates with HRIS on LMS campaign and program builds and revisions. Maintains data integrity and processes for the LMS such as course codes, descriptions, and other required information. </li><li>Tracks enrollment and completion of required courses and processes escalation communications as needed based on business workflows developed by program managers. </li><li>Audits LMS annually for course content, campaign and program accuracy. </li><li>Collaborates with members of Talent Management and HRIS to ensure coordination on projects, which includes facilitating conversations, creating documentation and reporting on system-related tasks. </li><li>Collaborates with HRIS and Talent Management teams to research, analyze, recommend and implement continuous improvement to Workday workflows and templates to best meet business needs and to align current Talent Management processes with product capabilities. Advocates for mature business processes that align with known best practices and accepted methodologies. </li><li>Remain up-to-date on learning and performance technology directions, initiatives, and trends to provide ideas, guidance, and recommendations to the Talent Management team. </li></ul> <p>Learning Development</p> <ul> <li>The Learning Administrator is a strong cross-functional HR partner working with HR stakeholders (HR business partners, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent management, and talent acquisition) to support HR's role in business transformation and enhancement of company culture. </li><li>Understands HR department strategic objectives, business processes, and prioritizes project requests and deadlines based on HR and company strategic priorities. </li><li>Facilitate New Hire Orientation monthly. </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manages monthly compliance training enrollment notification and overdue compliance training escalation processes for team members through senior vice presidents. </li><li>Manages and responds to team member learning inquiries received in the Talent Development Department Outlook mailbox. Proactively creates Workday Articles and documentation in anticipation of support requests. </li><li>Additional system administration on programs such as LinkedIn Learning, MentorcliQ, and HRDQ online assessments. </li><li>Generate reporting metrics for Reliance Matrix, Tokio Marine and Delphi annual year-end reporting. </li><li>Participate in Delivered with Excellence (DWE) Toastmasters club meetings. Complete Toastmaster Ice Breaker speech. </li><li>Performs any and all other duties as necessary and as assigned by manager for the efficient running of the Department and Organization. </li></ul> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience</p> <ul> <li>5 - 7 years of related professional experience, including work with HR and/or LMS systems, consulting experience, and customer service experience. </li><li>Strong problem solving skills with ability to determine root cause and to apply problem resolution techniques </li><li>A proactive and positive approach </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the department and organization </li><li>A desire to provide the highest levels of service to stakeholders and end users </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, the discipline to track details, follow through on project tasks, and have knowledge of project management techniques. Comfortable creating structure and paving a path through ambiguity to meet project goals </li><li>Exhibit curiosity, learning agility and genuine passion for self-development and to continuously improve systems and processes </li><li>Ability to pivot between projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to put ideas into tangible form and drive work products to completion; a bias for action </li><li>Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills </li><li>Work history that demonstrates ability to be self-directed and to act autonomously while also being collaborative and a team-player </li><li>Must be proficient in MS Office </li></ul> <p>Ability to Travel: Up to 10%</p> <p>The expected hiring range for this position is $78,290.00 - $104,520.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate's starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
