Works to drive Heavy Rents ROA (Maximizing Rental Rates; Eliminating waste; Driving Cost Recovery).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Territory Manager assistance activities: take calls, answers questions, quotes rates.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitates / coordinates equipment hauling in support of Territory Managers' needs through appropriate channels; processes billing.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists Territory Managers in choosing correct equipment size, mix, and model for application and jobsite requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates / schedules maintenance and repairs with Service Department; monitors repair status and costs.</p> </li><li> <p>Updates rental transactions and related information into IRents / DBSi software</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures accurate and timely rental transactions: invoicing, insurance verification, credit checks, payment terms, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Investigates and resolves Territory Manager problems with equipment deliveries, repairs, billing, and related logistics.</p> </li><li> <p>Makes recommendations to management regarding changes in the rental fleet mix and equipment needs to maximize revenue.</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews rental equipment check-out / check-in documents</p> </li><li> <p>Works with Service Department to ensure equipment abuse by customers are identified and billed accordingly.</p> </li></ul>
