Our company's start-up culture drives collaboration across teams, be self-starters, possess a sense of humility to learn from each other, and maintain a focus on quality products that save lives.</p> <p>Quality Technician:</p> <p>The Quality Technician participates in modification of the Quality system and is responsible for the auditing and inspection of its systems for compliance to standards.</p> <p>What you'll be doing as a Quality Technician:</p> <ul> <li>Plans and conducts in-process product and process control inspections </li><li>Plans and conducts final product acceptance testing </li><li>Plans and conducts FOD audits and inspections </li><li>Plans and conducts incoming raw material audits and inspections </li><li>Plans and conducts Document Control Audits </li><li>Plans and conducts Corrective Action Verification audits and inspections </li><li>Plans and conducts Tool Calibration and Validation audits and inspections </li><li>Participates in Safety Inspections and Audits </li><li>Assists in Quality Training </li><li>Maintains Quality System's KPI </li></ul> <p>Skills You Bring to This Role:</p> <ul> <li>Good critical thinking skills </li><li>ASQ Certification (CQE/CQA/CQM) preferred </li></ul> <p>What You Need to be Successful:</p> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in a quality function role in the Aerospace industry with an Associate's degree in a related technical field such as Engineering or Physical Sciences required. In lieu of an Associate's degree, at least 5 years of experience in a quality function role in the Aerospace industry with a High School Diploma (GED) will be considered.
