<p>Job Title: Student Support Services Coordinator (Special Education)</p> <p>Location: Hasten Hebrew Academy of Indianapolis (HHAI), Indianapolis, IN</p> <p>Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>HHAI is seeking a Student Support Services Coordinator to support students with diverse learning needs and oversee 504 Plans and Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). This role works closely with teachers, families, and Washington Township to ensure students receive appropriate accommodations and support in an inclusive school environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and manage 504 Plans and ISPs, including meetings and documentation </li><li>Ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented effectively in classrooms </li><li>Support and guide teachers with differentiation and compliance </li><li>Maintain organized student records and use data to inform support plans </li><li>Communicate regularly with families as the main point of contact </li><li>Collaborate with Washington Township and school staff </li><li>Lead team meetings and oversee academic support staff </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Background in Special Education or related field </li><li>Experience with 504 Plans and student support services </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills </li><li>School-based experience preferred </li></ul>
