<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Product Development </li><li>Architect, design, and develop core modules of the Blockchain Data Management platform (data governance, lineage tracking, and MDM). </li><li>Implement smart contracts and consensus mechanisms to ensure transparency, immutability, and trust across the platform. </li><li>Build APIs and integration services to connect blockchain layers with existing fintech systems. </li><li>Blockchain Engineering </li><li>Design and optimize decentralized ledger structures to store governance metadata, lineage logs, and master data references. </li><li>Ensure scalability, security, and fault tolerance of the blockchain network. </li><li>Evaluate blockchain frameworks (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Quorum, Polygon) and recommend best fit for fintech data use cases. </li><li>Data Management </li><li>Develop mechanisms to capture and track data lineage across multiple data sources. </li><li>Build frameworks for Master Data Management using blockchain identity and tokenization principles. </li><li>Implement rule-based data governance policies aligned with fintech regulations. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Core Technical Skills </li><li>5-8 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2-3 years in Blockchain development. </li><li>Proficiency in blockchain frameworks: Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum (Solidity), Quorum, or similar. </li><li>Strong programming expertise in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js. </li><li>Hands-on experience with smart contract development and DApps. </li><li>Knowledge of distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles. </li><li>Data Engineering & Governance </li><li>Familiarity with data lineage, data cataloging, and metadata management tools. </li><li>Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and principles. </li><li>Understanding of data governance frameworks and fintech compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS). </li><li>Architecture & Tools </li><li>Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). </li><li>Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ). </li><li>Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. </li></ul> <p>Nice-to-Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience with fintech platforms and regulatory data compliance. </li><li>Exposure to Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Decentralized Identity (DID), or Tokenization for sensitive data. </li><li>Knowledge of AI/ML integration for anomaly detection in data lineage or governance. </li></ul>
