This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community. There is also a sign on bonus of $1000 and is paid out quarterly through your first year. If this sounds like something you would you, come join us :)</p> <p>We are in search of candidates whom are available to work any of the following:</p> <ul> <li>full time from 11am to 7pm </li><li>part time lunch shift 10am to 2pm </li><li>part time dinner shift 4pm to 7pm </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:</p> <ul> <li>Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. </li><li>Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always. </li><li>Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always. </li><li>Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items. </li><li>Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required </li><li>Experience in food service work preferred </li><li>Experience in working with seniors preferred </li><li>Must be available to work weekends (on rotation) </li></ul> <p>Starting wage is $14.50/hr to $15.50/hr pending experience and pay is always negotiable.</p> <p>MOST IMPORTATNLY: No late nights!!! :)</p> <p>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>EEO Employer</p>
