So we've fused fitness and entertainment so that we can make serious exercise fun.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Passion for fitness and helping others</p> <p>Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position.</p> <p>CPR/AED Certification</p> <p>Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales and management</p> <p>Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of people</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As the captain of your team you will set the bar for sales and customer service as you assist the General Manager in achieving club wide goals. Gain critical leadership experience and develop your management potential as you:</p> <p>Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training</p> <p>Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions</p> <p>Serve as "manager on duty" for customer service needs</p> <p>Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching</p> <p>The Location</p> <p>SIR Fitness is based in Southern California and our 13 franchise locations include Crunch Anaheim, Crunch Orange, Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch Placentia, Crunch San Clemente, Crunch Vista, Crunch Oceanside, Crunch Carmel Valley, Crunch University Square, Crunch Eastlake. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We're also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna.
