Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions: Begins patient's notes prior to the office visit. Prepares exam and treatment rooms with necessary technology. Maintains patient records and other information as requested by the physician. Records the office visits via electronic templates on behalf of physician. Responsible for ensuring thoroughness of medical documentation. Provides courteous and friendly service to all patients and contributes to a positive work environment. Attends meetings as required. Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, prioritization and organization skills. Must be a self-starter and willing to work as a team player. Must be able to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Must be proficient on computers. Knowledge of ICD10 and PT preferred. A working knowledge of electronic medical records is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.</p> <p>Hours: M&W - 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM</p>
